Mercedes-Benz is preparing to present its new MBUX virtual assistant with artificial intelligence.
This is the evolution of MBUX (Mercedes-Benz User Experience), which will be presented between January 9 and 12 in Las Vegas.
Mercedes-Benz announces that it will present the new update to its MBUX (Mercedes-Benz User Experience) system at CES 2024 in Las Vegas. This system will now be reinforced with artificial intelligence and allow you to further personalize the intuitive experience inside and outside the vehicle.
The German firm claims the MBUX Virtual Assistant is “revolutionary” in combining high-resolution graphics from gaming specialist Unity with Artificial Intelligence through its ‘Hey Mercedes’ voice assistant.
This advanced AI-powered feature combines MBUX intelligent systems into a single entity, presenting a new expressive face to the customer with natural interaction. The MBUX virtual assistant runs on Mercedes-Benz’s in-house developed MB.OS operating system spearheads several digital innovations to be introduced in January.
With the MBUX intelligent virtual assistant, Mercedes-Benz is redefining the digital passenger experience by utilizing AI to provide human-like interaction. It includes empathetic features that sync with your driving style and mood. Together with our internal MB.OS architecture, this approach will define the future of digital luxury,” said Ola Källenius, CEO of Mercedes-Benz.
On the other hand, Mercedes-Benz also notes that the Concept CLA Class celebrates its North American premiere at CES 2024—based on MMA (Mercedes Modular Architecture) and MB.OS offers a close look at the production of the future family of four vehicles.
Visitors will be able to learn about the electric future of an icon with the North American premiere of the camouflaged prototype of the electric G-Class. Exciting advancements in in-car entertainment, such as a first-of-its-kind collaboration, are among the other highlights.
