  • 1 tbsp Bee pollen
  • 1/4 cup turmeric
  • 1/2 cup ginger
  • 1 orange
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 3/4 cup water

Blend all ingredients in the mixer that gives you your ginger shots smoothie.

Berry Protein Smoothie

  • 1/4 cup blackberry
  • 1/4 cup raspberry
  • 2/3 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp Hemp seeds
  • 1 cup cucumber
  • 1 green apple
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup kale
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 cup celery
  • 1/4 cup ginger
  • 1 cup water 

Benefits

  • Cucumbers help you stay hydrated. It also comes with fiber and many other vitamins like vitamin K and vitamin A. It can also lower blood sugar and contains antioxidants as well. 
  • Green apples are rich in vitamin K-C-A antioxidants and minerals. Green apples will also help you control your weight and reduce cholesterol. It’s going to help you keep a healthy heart. 
  • Spinach contributes to energy production, can help improve your metabolism, prevents the formulation of cellulite, removes toxins, and so much more.

  • 1 orange
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1 cup Carrot
  • 3/4 cup water

One of my favorite Smoothies for shredded muscle gain. So we’re going to start with the ingredients we haven’t covered yet.

  • Carrots are another vegetable rich in vitamins and minerals. It’s also packed with fiber, and it’s great for your skin and hair. 
  • Carrots promote brain health, boost immunity, help with weight loss management, and it’s a good source of beta carotene and help with cardiovascular support.
  • Flax seeds are highly packed in nutrients as well, like omega-3 fiber. Protein flaxseed is particularly high in thiamine, a B vitamin that plays a role in energy metabolism. 
  • It’s also a great source of copper, which is involved in brain development, immune health, and iron metabolism. 
  • They can help you lower cholesterol levels and blood pressure and stabilize blood sugar levels. 
  • Flax seeds are also rich in lignans, which are plant compounds that tested for cancer-fighting properties. And this seed has 75 to 800 times more lignans than other plant foods. 
  • We’re dropping in half a lime and adding in a whole orange pack of vitamin C.
